Services Offered
There is no “one-size-fits-all” way to improve everyone’s behavioral and mental well-being; instead, we provide you with personalized, one-on-one support. Our qualified therapists specialize in supporting your behavioral and mental health to help you cope better in your day-to-day life.

Our services include:

  • Housing Program
  • Kids’ Therapy
Some children and teens may need the support of a therapist. They may encounter and experience problems that can affect how they feel, act, and learn. That is why we provide kids’ therapy to offer treatment for certain issues. During therapy, kids can learn how to work and handle their problems as they can freely express and talk about them safely with us. We have two clinicians who have specialized in therapy with kids. We firmly believe that through this service, kids can cope, communicate, and do better in their daily journey in life.
  • Medication Management
Medication is essential in the process of recovery, prevention, and more. When it comes to mental and behavioral health, not every medication works for every person. There is nothing wrong with taking prescribed medications as long as it betters a person’s condition. We have on-site Nurse Practitioners that can help with prescriptions and refills. We provide medication management to further help with all of our clients’ needs.
  • Psychiatrist Through Telehealth
Our clients need not go far to acquire the support they need from our reliable psychiatrist. With our telehealth services, distance does not matter. Even when you are miles away from us. You can still connect and consult with our professionals in your comfort zones. Whatever your questions may be, rest assured, every session is private for your privacy, convenience, and safety is on top of our list.
  • Behavioral Outpatient Services
Take advantage of flexible behavioral health care that fits your lifestyle and set a schedule with our behavioral outpatient services. You will receive comprehensive treatment that matches your needs while accommodating your lifestyle and schedule. When you participate in our behavioral outpatient services, you will learn how to develop skills and make positive changes to manage life’s challenges.
  • Individual Therapy
Individual therapy enables you to work one-on-one with a qualified therapist in a safe, confidential environment. During sessions, you can explore and talk about your feelings, behaviors, or beliefs; work through challenging memories; identify aspects of your life that you would like to change or improve; set personal goals; understand yourself and others better; and work toward the change that you would like to achieve.
  • Group Therapy
Sharing your feelings and thoughts with strangers may seem daunting, but group therapy lets you become aware that you are not going through your struggles alone. You can be with people who are going through the same things that you are. You can share your story and listen to others, get helpful advice and insights, and offer support to other members of the group who need it. Group therapy is led by one or two qualified therapists, with a small group of people.
  • Basic Life Skills
Our basic life skills therapy service helps clients re-learn the basic tasks that may have lost the ability to do in the wake of their mental illness or chemical dependency. By helping them re-learn basic life skills, we aim to diminish the chance of a relapse. We teach them skills to better prepare for a life outside of treatment and give them a better shot at recovery. Lastly and most importantly, we help them re-integrate into their day-to-day lives and community.
  • Crisis Intervention
We offer crisis intervention services to assist individuals and families struggling with a behavioral health crisis. Whether you are dealing with depression, anger issues, suicidal thoughts, stress management, relationship issues, or substance abuse, our compassionate and trained professionals are here for you. We provide appropriate guidance, counseling, assessment, and referral for prompt treatment if necessary.
  • Housing Assistance
Often, those who are struggling with a mental health issue can’t live and cope on their own. For this reason, we offer housing assistance to our clients to help them live more independently. We help with a range of supported housing options, from residential care, supported housing, floating support, group homes, and more. We are here to help you find a supportive and safe environment where you can work towards managing your mental health.
  • Grief and Loss Therapy
Losing someone you love is never easy. We understand that you are going through a difficult time and that you may feel quite alone. Through grief and loss therapy sessions, we provide you with a safe place where you can express your feelings openly and honestly – and we are not going to simply tell you to “move on”. We understand everyone grieves differently and that there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. We will work with you through the stages of grief and help you focus on rebuilding your life.
  • Anger Management
Anger is a normal and healthy emotion; however, it becomes unhealthy when it spirals out of control or flares up all of the time. Explosive, chronic anger can bring serious consequences for your health, your relationships, and your overall mental health. Through anger management therapy, we help individuals better understand their anger, learn how to identify triggers, and teach them to express their anger in a healthy, constructive way without losing control.
  • Depression and Anxiety Group Services
Dealing with a chronic condition such as depression and/or anxiety can be overwhelming. Our Depression and anxiety group services provide a friendly, supportive, and safe place for individuals to share their experiences with these two conditions. It provides individuals with the opportunity to share coping strategies, their experiences, firsthand information about treatments, and more. Know that you are not alone – there are people out there who understand what you’re going through and are ready to help.

With a caring, supportive, and professional staff, we help you or your loved one find the right path to recovery and mental wellness, whether dealing with anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress, and/or a combination of behavioral and mental issues.
